Below is a list of a few provincial and national resource agencies which may be of help. 

  • Alcohol and Drug Information and Referral Service
    Provides information and referral services for help with substance abuse.

  • BC Nurse Line
    24-hour helpline with registered nurses who answer personal health questions.

  • Breast Feeding

  • Suicide Prevention Centre of BC
